JavaScript Studio Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect when you visit and use the JavaScript Studio site (the “Site”), operated by Antoni Software GmbH, Switzerland (“Antoni Software”) when you use our service (“the Service”), how this data is used, under what circumstances it is disclosed to third parties and how you can revoke your consent to the usage of your data.
1. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may at any time modify or amend this Privacy Policy. We will notify you by email (sent to the address specified in your account), otherwise through the Service or by means of posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on the Site. We encourage you to review this page from time to time for the latest information on our privacy practices. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the changes on the Service. 2. Setting up an Account
We use GitHub as an authorization provider. Hence, in order to be able to use our Service, you must first set up a GitHub account (whereas GitHub Terms apply). GitHub is certified under the Swiss Privacy Shield Treaty between Switzerland and the US.
To sign up, you have to grant us the right to retrieve your basic GitHub profile information, which is your GitHub username, given name, if any, and your email address. This is at the same time the information we collect about you. However, we will not be given any information with regards to your password.
Your Personal Data is collected to provide, administer and improve our Service, to fulfill requests you may make and/or to comply with our legal obligations. It is also collected to be able to contact you.
If you do not consent to that, you will not be able to use our Service.
3. Purchasing a Paid Plan
If you decide to purchase a Paid Plan, we request that you provide your credit card information as well as your postal code.
Our credit card processing service provider (stripe.com) will receive full payment card information from you when an order is placed. For further information, please refer to https://stripe.com/us/terms. Antoni Software has no full access to your credit card information.
Please note, that by purchasing a Paid Plan you consent to the transfer of your credit card data to Stripe Inc., which is situated in California, US. Stripe Inc. is certified under the Swiss Privacy Shield Treaty between Switzerland and the US.
You may at any time refuse to provide this data; however, this will limit our ability to provide the Service to you.
4. Just Browsing the Website
Even if you’re only browsing the website, we’re already collecting some basic information. We use common internet technologies, such as cookies and web server logs to do so. This is information we collect from every visitor of our website, whether they have an account or not.
Cookies and Local Storage
We collect certain information through the use of “cookies” and “Local Storage” which are small text files that are saved by your browser when you access our Service. We (and our third-party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics) may use session cookies, persistent cookies and local storage to identify that you’ve logged in to the Service and to tell us how and when you interact with our Service. We may also use cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on our Service and to customize and improve our Service. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted when you log off from the Service and close your browser. Log Data

Google Analytics
We too make use of Google Analytics in order to get clues about the traffic on and the usage of our Service, in order to optimize it.
In order to do so, the Google Analytics Service sends a cookie to your device, where it provides information about your browser and operating system, the sites you have visited before (Referrer URL), date and time of your visit and more and transfers this information to Google’s servers in the US where it is stored. We only transfer masked IP addresses, i.e. anonymized data. Hence, neither Google Analytics nor we will ever be able to identify anybody by this data. Furthermore, Google Analytics only provides aggregated and anonymized data. In no event, IP addresses are associated with other personal data. Hence, a private allocation of the data is not possible.

6. Newsletter and Other Information
We will keep you posted about our Service, news, products or promotions. We do so by sending you newsletters from time to time. For this purpose, we will retrieve your latest email address from GitHub.
You may opt out of marketing-related emails by logging in and changing your account settings or by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” in each such email. In some of our communications, we use tracking means, such as a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Site. We track this data to help us measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your source code is not disclosed to any third party any time. We do not even save a copy of it, after the analysis is terminated.
With regard to your Personal Data we may have to disclose it to third parties, if this is necessary for us to enable us to provide the Service to you. These third parties may have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We will secure, that our service providers meet with the same data privacy and data protection rules that apply to us.
8. Changing or Deleting Your Information
You may review, update, correct or delete your personal data only on your GitHub account. For your convenience, we have installed a direct link from our Settings page to your GitHub account. However, removing your information may limit our ability to provide the Service to you. If you completely delete all such information, your account will be deactivated.
If you want us to delete all the personal data we have stored about you, please contact us in writing and please make sure, you identify yourself with a valid ID or passport (copy). We’ll take steps to delete your information as soon as possible. Please be aware, though, that some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records as may be required by law.
9. Right to Information and Revoke of Consent
You can at any time request information about your personal data. If you wish to get this information, please contact us in writing and identify yourself with a valid ID or passport (copy).
You can at any time resign from your consent to the collection and storage of your data by stopping the usage of the Service and by deleting your account.
Please note, that we may be obliged by law to keep all or parts of the data related with a deleted account for some more time in the future, but we will not disclose any of such data to anybody, unless forced so by law, by a court order or a compulsory demand of a public authority.
10. Encryption, Place and Storage of Data
We are totally aware about how important and valuable your source code is for you. That’s why we grant you the utmost security. Apart from the encryption applied to all source code transfers via the internet, your source code will be deleted right after analysis. We do not store any copies of it. Hence, you are always in total control on where your source code is stored.
We run the service on servers located in Germany, which is considered to be a country that provides adequate protection of personal data. Latest technology is applied. Therefore, it is practically impossible for a third party to access it.
We retain the data for as long as needed to provide the Service, subject to this Privacy Policy. However, Antoni Software may be forced to retain and use the data as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
